John Paul Plauche
John Paul Plauché established Plodes Studio in
2003 as a coalescence of art, product and architectural
design. His Houston-based “design
everything” studio is recognized among the next
generation of innovative thinkers and shows particular
promise in design and entrepreneurship.
John’s work communicates a clear, conceptual
intent infused with process and meaning, while
incorporating everyday observations, behaviors
and personal experiences. His work has been
captured in national and international design/art
publications alike. A native Texan, John holds a
degree in architecture from the Gerald D. Hines
School of Architecture at the University of Houston.
