We use only the most reputable shipping services (UPS, FedEx) and partner with Freight Delivery companies for oversized items. Expedited shipping is available on certain products, except Freight items, at an additional cost. Freight Shipping
| Items that cannot be shipped by standard carriers because they are too heavy or require special handling are shipped via a specialized freight carrier. Freight shipping includes only standard curbside delivery. You will need to be present to sign for the item. Freight shipping does not include: "white glove" service, inside delivery, delivery to any floors other than the ground floor, or furniture assembly. If an item that you order ships via freight, our shipping partner will call in advance to schedule a delivery window during weekday business hours. |
White Glove Delivery
| White glove delivery service is available for products that require freight delivery for an additional flat charge per shipment. White glove delivery service includes lift gate, 2 person inside delivery, debris removal, and a notice before delivery. |
Order Tracking
| You will receive an email confirmation from us with the details of your purchase upon completion of your order. You will receive a second email confirmation once your order has shipped. Tracking information will also be included in that email so that you can easily track your package. For questions about tracking, please contact us and include your name and order number. |
